Its hard to fathom that in 2 weeks time my eldest child is going to be 22. Where did all that time go? Its a small miracle really, I was a very young teen mum, which i think helped immensely you see i had no fear, something you see in younger people all the time. Big up all young mums who are brave and strong!.. Especially us ladies who do it on our own. Be forever Bold!. Dont let nobody ever tell you, You Can't!....Because its lies.
This is for you especially Big Daughter of mine! But I also want to dedicate it to all young mums who know about sacrifice, and patience, and most importantly have the courage to make it work. Shake your asses ladies....
These are some of her favorite party tunes, which her younger sister was so clever at remembering....
Enjoy..

ReplyDeleteGod, when my daughters are 22, I'll be in my 70's. I hope and pray I'm still around and will be saying to them, "Listen to this...not that rubbish you're playing"......I hear my own father's voice now, God be good to him...We turn into our parents eventually.
Enough...this comp will supply the sountrack to a kick-ass, rump shaking PAAAARRRTY!!.
Go Girl.
Respect,
Eugene
lol...her tastes and her little sisters...
ReplyDeletethere is of course that old debate that talks about having children younger or older is best. I did miss out on things like parties, new years eves etc home alone with a baby when all my friends were out and about.. but its was worth it.. and i would do it all again in a minute.. Funny, today i bought a new dj-ing toy, i was with my eldest daughter and she said something about my second rebellion/ mid life crisis... i said, no darling...i did not finish the first one..lol.. we were also discussing this collection of songs, which are her oldies.. may the sounds of music, whatever the era/genre be forever ringing in and out of our homes Eugene!..x thank you, your comments really make my day..
