This artefact was found in egypt, its made from jasper and you can only imagine what it must have looked like as a complete piece. Amazing!...im feeling a little like this piece today...not quite whole but you can still see its beauty and value...

This could be a scene from my younger years. You would find me in a corner near the speakers with a rum in one hand and my hankie in the other. Actually, id be watching the dj crews, the selector and taking mental notes of everything. Wanting to be digging in those crates myself. Studying the art form and craft. Today, My dream has come true...Because here i am...doing me ting!!!

I miss this time in my life so much, but every time i think back my heart fills up. So put on your nice clothes, perhaps your wearing your crocodile shoes...lol.. and come and set up a fantasy night at a dance, and sway a while as you think back and remember too.. be careful and mind you don't rub the pattern wallpaper off the walls people.. Creamy Hot Choclate Mix (The Nutmeg and Brown Sugar Selection)

My Dear friend Mel Jam asked  me to make her a hot chocolate mix.

Its been snowing heavy in london all week. Temperatures currently are minus 4 and We need a little winter warmer. The picture above might not be your idea of a winter warmer....No its mine!...That my dear friends is about as chocolately as it gets!..and Mel will agree, yes indeed. Just spent an hour looking at plenty of chocolate bodies for this post. Im feeling quite warm now i must say!! Remember what i said about that special chemical in your brain that gets released when you have your favourite beverage. well i think this mix should have the same effect. ill eat my turntables if im wrong!. How do you like your hot chocolate? With a little nutmeg? or vanilla essence? or maybe you like yours straight up dark and rich with a dash of cinnamon? Perhaps you sink marshmellows in or whipped cream? However you take it, make sure its hot and steamy and full of goodness.
