Sunday... The house is peaceful and I have 2 whole days off. So i guess you can say that im feeeeellllllinnnng Nice!. Made this very early this morning. Its been waiting to be conjured up into something yummy all week, but every time i set a little time to compose, duty calls me... A Couple of weeks ago i went to see Tarrus Riley in concert...my gosh he did not disappoint! brought me to tears a couple of times...lol...what a voice!.. David rodigan warmed up for him..Gosh for an older man he still has bundles of energy..But im sorry to say..He cant dance...was very funny seeing him doin his thing on stage, out of time and rhythm to music that ooozes it..Wow!..i think he was dancing to the lyrics, because i couldn't tell what was moving Him!..Bless you Mr Roddi Roddi Roddigan lol. One of the first reggae djs that i listened to regularly...
Cant quite put into words how reggae music makes me feel, but if pushed, i would say that it makes me feel in tune with myself and the world. As Aretha Would sing "you make me feel like a natural woman"!!! Hey..so i wish you all a beautiful day.
