You of course knew that. Its got lorry loads of soul. I was in need of some good cooking music today. So i made this for my weekend kitchen duty. I Fancy something yummy to eat, and since the one thing i need is some good music for the kitchen. So i might urge you all this coming weekend to make something wholesome and tasty to eat. Set in Rural England at a time of great hardships and buttoned upness. I love them. The inner conflicts between what is morally correct, and the inner turmoils of desire and wishes. My Alarm went off too early! I experience one day that felt like spring, and immediately, I sprung into action 10 days ago gutting the living room off all its contents. Cleaning everything within an inch of its life and putting it back all different. It Looks lovely. A couple of new cushions and it looks like a brand new room. Ive got a nasty cough from this basement I got lost in collecting these musical ingredients. After watching Rockers again recently, it inspired this new collection of songs that needed quite a lot of dusting down. What a fantastic film Rockers is... I also watched Smile Orange too.. Yes Thar...lol (And if you don't know them, then get to know, Classic movies) It got me thinking, what with one of my blessed daughter 22nd birthday just days away what I would play at my own birthday party.. The big 40 approaches which im feeling really good about. I haven't had a birthday party since i was 10!... My Dad was the DJ, and all my friends thought he was a professional, he was that good... lol, one of the stories HE likes to recount when we speak of music and parties. I was thinking I might have one this year. If i do, then this would be the type of music that might have to drop, no...must! Its not till September so i have plenty of time to organise. Even if its just a small gathering ...

Its hard to fathom that in 2 weeks time my eldest child is going to be 22. Where did all that time go? Its a small miracle really, I was a very young teen mum, which i think helped immensely you see i had no fear, something you see in younger people all the time. Big up all young mums who are brave and strong!.. Especially us ladies who do it on our own. Be forever Bold!. Dont let nobody ever tell you, You Can't!....Because its lies. This is for you especially Big Daughter of mine! But I also want to dedicate it to all young mums who know about sacrifice, and patience, and most importantly have the courage to make it work.
