Not many people know this but my mother was a Dj.. she used to play music over the loud speakers at Charlton Athletic Football Club back in the 60s.. Music was always played loudly at home, and so from a very young age it was in me. So in a way i'm following in my mothers footsteps. Ask yourself this question, which my dear friend said on his radio show recently.. where would you be without music? It inspired me this week, and I honestly think i would have gone mad without it..imagine a world without sound. not to hear laughter, or the rain...Or the sound of loved ones calling your name... My grandfather is almost blind.. and although my gift of sight is very important to me i actually think it would be worse for me personally if i lost the ability to hear.. its an interesting thought and i feel so Glad for my ears..
