Beg Borrow and steel!

What a couple of days i've had..Losing all my musical ingredients.. So i've begged borrowed and shhh...stole..some music to ease the pain..what an addict to music i am..
Its very strange as i was compiling this new cd.. i say wheres this..and wheres that..its a bit like making dinner in someone elses kitchen..lol.. Oh Gosh have I got some heavy meditation for you today!.. Real rocking Reggae with a positive message for my conscious minded friends, family.

On sundays I usually always cook, and its usually something that requires reggae music to make it taste extra nice. My grandma told me that you have to put love into your food or it will taste bitter! lol.. Shes right.. so dont ever cook a food when your feeling grumpy or angry you'll just be digesting negativity.... honestly. Garden Mix

With machete in hand, chopping my way to the back of the garden where the lawn mower...Well I say lawn... its not a lawn at all!...lol... was hidden from the last time it was used....Last year!. It wasn’t that bad but i think if i had left it any longer i may have discovered new species or Ray Mears doing bush craft, making baskets and bows and arrows from twigs and leaves. (As you can see from the picture I selected, my garden looks absolutely looks nothing like this.) However, if you squint or close your eyes we can be anywhere we choose.

I decided to make this new mixtape in my garden under the umbrella in the shade on a beautiful sunny afternoon. I hope you like it, it was just how i was feeling so perhaps you can listen to it outside, or in rush hour traffic to soothe you from all the other road users..Enjoy
