Oh Gosh have I got some heavy meditation for you today!.. Real rocking Reggae with a positive message for my conscious minded friends, family.

On sundays I usually always cook, and its usually something that requires reggae music to make it taste extra nice. My grandma told me that you have to put love into your food or it will taste bitter! lol.. Shes right.. so dont ever cook a food when your feeling grumpy or angry you'll just be digesting negativity.... honestly.
