This is a little bit eclectic this time, was feeling in an eclectic mood...Do you ever dance in the dark?....Well I do...Music sounds different with the lights out. Some how all the other senses close off and your ears consentrate on the sound...lots of banging beats and some dirty dirty basslines... this ones for all you that like me, love to dance in the dark.. Rhodes and Horns!

Selecta Woman! Here is my latest compilation cd..Its ram packed with great soulful music. I realised today that i really do have a thing for the sweet sound of the Rhodes...and horns.. just cant resist it.. So i hope you enjoy listening to it. I have a funny story attached to this mix. But its a little bit embarrassing. I got some works going on around my house, and there is scaffolding up.. I got caught by a builder while i was dancing wearing nothing but panties...i think i made his day, and if i did not have such a good sense of humour it could have ruined mine. The sun was shining, i was feeling my music and enjoying myself and forgot about the world outside, not to mention my open window curtains...Ahh never mind... Enjoy! Much love. Xx

The Sound Of Music

Not many people know this but my mother was a Dj.. she used to play music over the loud speakers at Charlton Athletic Football Club back in the 60s.. Music was always played loudly at home, and so from a very young age it was in me.

So in a way i'm following in my mothers footsteps. Ask yourself this question, which my dear friend said on his radio show recently.. where would you be without music? It inspired me this week, and I honestly think i would have gone mad without it..imagine a world without sound. not to hear laughter, or the rain...Or the sound of loved ones calling your name... My grandfather is almost blind.. and although my gift of sight is very important to me i actually think it would be worse for me personally if i lost the ability to hear.. its an interesting thought and i feel so Glad for my ears.. Because without my music...i dont honestly know where i would be.. Lost i think..how about You?
