What a tasty treat ive got for you today..You Eat yet?...lol... Coz ive been cooking food all afternoon and its just far to good to go to waste! i think ive got a pretty good idea now of what i like to eat in terms of musical ingredients.. It really needs a little of everything, lyrics, baseline, and rhythm, and of course the goose bump test. If it makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up, then it passes the rehabs test. All the tracks in this mix passed with flying colours..

So i hope i can give you the same vibration...

Woah! Some nice vibrations for you today. Its a little eclectic... but some supreme reggae. Mix of new and older tunes.. 2 from Dennis Brown who has been gone from us 11 years...Lives on through his music. Reggae Vocal jammin for all Reggae vocal lovers. Staying on a reggae vibes this week as the nights getting a little colder. A little autumn warmer to soothe. Been on a mission this morning, my one day off this week. Looking for a suitable spanner to fix my dining room table legs! They Wobble!...Not a spanner in the house, can you believe that..!!Why is it when you are not looking for something, you see it all the time, but when you want it, its nowhere to be seen!...lol...So after completing all my odd jobs list,  and spending half the morning under the dining room table with pliers, (No spanner, good substitute) I was Free to put some music together.
