soul'd out mix (The delicious selection)

ive just discovered that somebody made a complaint about some of the content of my blog...i have taken the thing they found to be offensive down...This is my hobby, if i put it up here its because i love it..im not making money from this, purely a love of music and beautiful images i find on the internet. i appologise to the complainant i mean no offense....

i did not realise i was breaking any rules. still ive taken it down now. i dont know what it was as i have not received an email outlining the complaint...

Back to some sweet soulful vibrations today. These are some of the current tunes i have on rewind...i know your going to love them. This mix has plenty of what i love best. A steady beat, rhodes and lots of horns, with some very nice vocals and of course lyrical content. The perfect combination of what should be in every song. gyptian special edition...

Last Friday i had the privilege to attend an interview with one of my favourite current reggae artists.. Gyptian. Currently touring Europe and after the huge success of hold yu, hes fast becoming the one to watch breaking the main stream charts. I think hes the first reggae artist to do so since Wayne wonder with no letting go.. its a very big deal!.. Reggae as a genre of music has so much talented artists and should not be locked out of the main stream music industry.... why is not more on MTV!!!!

As you can imagine i was extremely excited to have a chance to meet him.

With no time to prepare, and already very late, we were shown into a very hot studio and as you will see, i missed the very beginning of the interview... camera woman...lol.. Mr Flava being the true pro he is dived straight in....... A truly nice guy and a very talented young man... i was only sorry i didn't get his autograph, as there was a long line of other media types queuing at the door to get in.. But i did get to shake his hand... A wonderful afternoon indeed!!

Gave myself a black eye falling over with a tray of food....sober i swear!... i have no idea why i didnt let the food go and save myself...but as i sat up, one half of me was covered in wet soil!!!...My laptop got rum in it..so we had to use ipods...Thanks to Ren And Rikki for all thier help..and everyone who sent such lovely messages...MWAH!!!!
